We always aim to print each model according to the artist's design and start preparing it for your painting project. However, painting models involves additional steps beyond printing. We typically don't handle these extra preparations to keep costs down, as most painters prefer to do it themselves. If you'd like us to assemble your model and fill in any gaps, we can set up a work order for you. Please email us before placing your order to arrange this service.

Please be aware that all our 3D models are custom-made and non-refundable. However, if your model arrives damaged, we're committed to finding a solution. This may involve reprinting the model or exchanging it for a new one. To assist with this process, please send us photos of the damaged model within 3 days of receiving your package.

If a return is approved, you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, while we'll cover the expense of reprinting a new model and shipping it to you. Our priority is to ensure you have a positive experience, so don't hesitate to contact us via the provided contact form if you need any assistance.
